Henri Nordoc, Cinsault Rosé 2022

The wines from Domaine Henri Nordoc are made near Narbonne on the Languedoc's Golf de Lion coast. The hot, Mediterranean climate is tempered by the cooling breezes coming off the sea, and makes for ideal growing conditions for producing lively wines packed full of fruity flavour. And this 100% Cinsault is no exception. Bright, fruity and almost transparent in colour; the nose has aromas of raspberry, red cherry and watermelon. The palate is chock full of flavours of strawberry and redcurrant with subtle pomegranate notes. This is a vibrant and supple wine with a lasting finish and pairs extremely well with all kinds of shellfish.
